Terms of service

These terms cover the Meazy website at www.meazyapp.com and the waitlist. The Meazy app has not launched, and it will have its own terms before anyone uses it.

Using the site

You can read this site and join the waitlist for free. Please do not try to break it, scrape it at scale, or use it to send spam or sign up other people's email addresses.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist asks for an invite. It does not promise you one, and we cannot give a date. Meazy is in development and invite only, and invites go out in batches. When it opens, it will be a beta: it may change, break or be withdrawn, and we provide it as it is.

You can leave the waitlist at any time. Write to privacy@meazyapp.com and we will remove your email. What we do with it is in the privacy policy.

Not financial advice

What you read on this site is general information about a product. It is not financial advice, and nothing here recommends a specific fund, stock or financial product. Information, not financial advice.

Our work

The Meazy name, the logo and the content of this site belong to Meazy and are not licensed for reuse. The source code is not licensed for reuse yet either. We plan to publish it as source available, with its own licence and a separate note on the name and logo.

Liability

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, Meazy is not liable for losses from using the site.

Law

These terms follow Moroccan law, and Moroccan courts decide disputes about them, unless the law says otherwise for you.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change matters to you, for example when the app opens, we will tell you by email if you are on the waitlist.
